How to hide a thin pad in leotard and tights for ballet?

I am not allowed to wear a tampon and the studio has a rule where you can't wear shorts. Please do not tell me to wear a tampon because my class is only an hour long. Thank you! Btw it's tomorrow so you have time to think lol.

Wear underwear under your leotard, or simply stick the thin pad on the gusset of your tights.



Grow up and learn to use tampons. They're not difficult, not evil, not toxic, and no, they won't take your virginity.

First: Do you know how to properly fold and roll a burrito?

Second: Take your "thin pad" and do a similar rolling motion and insert it into your vagina.

Third: enjoy the unrestricted movement and dance freely!

I had this same problem.

Get a leotard with a lower ballet cut, get underwear, put on the pad,then your dance clothes. TADA! Hope I helped! :)
