The one where the back leg is bent is
a turning jette or a barishnakoff (spelling??)...
The other is a double stag or a double attidue.

Well in Ballet the turn when your in 4th position and you turn towards your back leg i believe is called a pirouette (Peer Oh Et). And the big leap i believe is called a granjete (sp).

for the first you might have to be more specific..
the second one is a tendu flesche (sorry about spelling on that one)
idk about videos. i know tendu flesche feels awkward till your used to it, so thats all it is

i think they're called stag and double stags. i'm not so good at them either so sorry i can't really help much about getting better but maybe think about going up...thats what my teacher says hope this helps
