Any of the 1950's recordings by the Carlos di Sarli orchestra. Some specific song titles you can look for, "Una fija", "Bahia Blanca", "Champagne tango", "Cuidado con los cincuenta", "El indio manso". Careful that di Sarli recorded some titles more than once, you want the later (1950's) recordings as opposed to the earlier ones (30's--40's). Hope this helps.

The most recent tango dance music is music that mixes hip-hop AND classic Argentine tango.

It is called "Santa Maria" and it is done by the Go-Tan Project. You can hear it in the movie "Shall We Dance"....the new version featuring Richard Gere and Jennifer Lopez.

Depending on what type of tango you'd like.

The original Argentine (this is a brilliant collection, don't be fooled by the price and the title: it is 10 CDs!):
