So I recently got a leotard from discount dance and there is a low back that scoops down. It doesn't have that much support so it is kind of awkward. Whenever I jump my breasts bounce and it isnt very reassuring to my confidence. My nips sort of bump out to. I have no idea what to do. I really want to wear it without a shirt over but I am not sure what to do. Any helpful tips will be very much appreciative.
Thank you

You can buy a backless sticky bra!!

They aren't super sticky, but work great!

You can get them at Macy's or online.

They come in diffo cup sizes.

Hope this helps!

I'm an A-cup and i've under no circumstances worn a bra to ballet class. Ever. I've noticeable individuals as much as C go with no bra considering the fact that bras below leotards seem messy. The entire point of a low again leotard is to show the smooth long line of your back, and sporting a sporting events bra type of ruins that. You can also need to follow leotards with developed in bras or ones that you may wear a bra with. Mock turtleneck leotards have the delivered combo of somewhat of flare and the potential to wear a physical activities bra with

I always have my mom try to shrink my leotards in the wash so that theyre tighter and give more support haha. If that doesn't work just wear a sports bra I realize that you don't want to do that but at my studio we all do that cuz we're all so comfortable with one another that none of us care including the guys. Shrinking it usually works for me though. Good luck!

I'm not a girl, so I can't really relate. However, may I suggest double sided tape? I know thats what celebrities use to prevent wardrobe malfunctions and perhaps it will work for you. And let the bouncing happen, hopefully that will distract people if you make any mistakes hahaha. Good luck!

dance slowly?..haha jokes what you might have to do is a bikini bra and tie the back bit around your neck as well as the normal neck bit... might help with the nip rub...but when you jump...your "breasts" are always going to bounce.

well what i would do is go to a dance store (or an online shop). and if you can afford it buy one with a built in bra. If you cant try getting a sticky bra.
