Dance Recital Program Template?

Question

I need a template for a dance recital program. I want it simple. Folded to make a booklet that I can use year after year. I also need it to where I can add pages, if needed. I don't have Microsoft Office. I have Open Office. Does anyone know where I can find a template?

I would add a few pictures of girls dancing, tutu's or tap dance, etc. Maybe some music notes here and there. Front cover: Dance Dance Dance Feel the Music, or Feel the Beat Dance to the Music or just put the school's name, date, etc. The 'Hudson' School of Dance, April 2007, invites you to our annual dance recital.
