i dont understand smarto's response, so like your hands are behind your back together, and you want to bring them back still holding eachother. Well, ever wear handcuffs? I can hold mine together and bring them around over my feet, will that work? and im not a jymnist either or a trouble maker either.

That became relaxing to study :). i could be an somewhat self sustaining human being - and at the same time as it is composed of my safe practices and my canines "keeping" me, i am going to move with an ALERT every time. they could have more desirable up their sleeves, yet it isn't any longer what i'm ultimately after - I merely want them to enable me do not forget that something is there, no count number how they could p.c. it, so as that i can manage the priority hence. in this regard, they have by no ability enable me down. canines could be able to a few tremendously mind-blowing issues, yet to stake our lives on that's ridiculous. i understand my canines properly adequate to carry close precisely what to assume from each of them and they have by no ability failed me. Plus, i can in quite some cases look after myself, and to be truthful? i do not want a canines which could or received't attack someone that they p.c. as a danger (even if or not they're or no longer). it isn't any longer what i seek for in a canines and that's merely too unpredictable for me. also - and that i hate for this to get lengthy - yet I spend a lot time in the country that my basically *authentic* danger may be that of a wild animal and that i can inform you for a incontrovertible actuality that when it is composed of animals (both farm animals and wild) they don't seem to be going to enable a element happen to me. human beings? Unpredictable. yet with different animals that's tried and authentic - and definite, I actually have had adventure.

It is possible, but your shoulders will dislocate and all of the tendons of the shoulder will be twisted. The arms will have to be twisted back from front to back to untwist the tendons. What you see professional gymnists doing, is not actually twisting their arms: if you take your arms (hands not touching), and move them from from to back with hands as close as possible, and notice how close your hands are... gymnasts have essentially, over time, loosened their arms so that they can move them closer together, but they will never be touching. notice men on the rings, and their arms go horizontal when they twist.
